SUMMARY: Busy sub shop just west of ASU
This sub shop is unlike the big boys (Subway, Quiznos, Blimpe) in that they offer vegetarians more than just such things as lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, and pickles.
Cheba offers vegetarians such unique choices as:
1)Humboldt (guacamole and veggie): Guacamole, sprouts, lettuce, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives, cucumbers, pickles & your choice of cheese(optional).
2)Majic Mushrooms (portabellas): Thinly sliced Portabella mushrooms, spices, and Monterey Jack cheese (optional).
3)Hydro (egg plant): Fresh eggplant, Parmesan, home-grown marinara, black pepper, and Provolone cheese(optional).
4)Silver Haze (hummus): Hummus, pepperoncinis, sprouts, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives, cucumbers, and Swiss cheese(optional).
5)Griefo (hemp cc veggie): Guacamole, sprouts, lettuce, black olives, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers, pickles, and tomatoes, Pepper Jack cheese & hemp cream cheese (optional).
Subs are available in 3 sizes (small, medium, and large) and on a variety of breads (and toasted if one prefers).
Second Location in Mesa at:
1710 W. Southern Ave. 480-649-7827
