Local Franchisees Awarded Two Store Area Development Agreement

ALBUQUERQUE, NM. (February 18, 2008) - Last week, Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs signed a two store Area Development agreement with Smokin’ Aces Inc., a NM corporation owned by Geno Chavez and Todd Tabet. Chavez and Tabet, both originally from New Mexico, are excited to expand the Cheba Hut brand into their home state. The stores will be located in Albuquerque, near the UNM campus and in Las Cruces, near the New Mexico State campus. The Albuquerque location will be opened by late August this year and the Las Cruces location is planned for early 2009.
