Local Franchisees Expand Operation to Glendale

GLENDALE. AZ. (JANUARY 1, 2008) - Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs, the marijuana themed sandwich chain is scheduled to open their 7th location in Glendale, AZ. on January 26th. For the grand opening, there will be specials all day long and product giveaways throughout the day. The new store opening will coincide with the company’s 10 year anniversary and will be celebrated system wide. The new restaurant, located across the street from Glendale Community College will be operated by Herb N Dwellers, an Arizona LLC owned by Kathy and Dorian Lenz of Queen Creek, AZ. The Lenzes have been Cheba Hut Franchisees since 2004 and currently own the Mesa, AZ. location near Mesa Community College.

In September of 2007, Herb N Dwellers signed an area development deal with Cheba Hut to open the Glendale location as well as future locations in Flagstaff near NAU and South Scottsdale
