Local Franchisees Expand Operation to Glendale

GLENDALE. AZ. (February 18, 2008) - Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs opened their newest location in Glendale, AZ. on February 16th. The new restaurant, located across the street from Glendale Community College will be operated by Herb N Dwellers, an Arizona LLC owned by Kathy and Dorian Lenz of Queen Creek, AZ. The Lenzes have been Cheba Hut Franchisees since 2004 and currently own the Mesa, AZ. location near Mesa Community College. The opening of the new location in Glendale is the 7th store for the concept.

In September of 2007, Herb N Dwellers signed an area development deal with Cheba Hut to open the Glendale location as well as future locations in Flagstaff near NAU and South Scottsdale
