CHEBA HUT SIGNS FIRST DEVELOPMENT DEAL IN CALIFORNIA!

3 new stores slated for San Diego.

San Diego, CA. (11-23-09) - Cheba Hut Toasted Subs recently signed a three store development deal for San Diego, CA. with HIGH Waves LLC. The deal requires the first store to be open by April 1, 2010 and for the other two locations to be open by the end of 2012. The Southern California market is a great fit for Cheba Hut! It has the perfect mix of culture, people and the need for a business like Cheba Hut. We've been scouting the area for a while now and have several potential locations to choose from. Our operators have a tremendous amount of experience and the capital needed for this project. We are all very excited about expanding into Southern California,

As a college based concept, the first store is planned to be near the campus of San Diego State University. Future locations will be in Pacific Beach near UC San Diego and in Ocean Beach.
