Sometimes things get hectic. Occasionally, shops temporarily turn off online ordering due to order volume or staffing issues.

To get food to more fans, Cheba Hut uses third party delivery drivers to deliver orders.

Most shops close down for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day; other holiday closures vary by location. Check your local shop's page using our Shop Finder to view up to date hours and upcoming closures.

We get this a lot. But let it be known: there is ZERO marijuana or THC related products in our food.

Every shop has a bar sporting local drafts, wine and happy hours on the regular, and most locations serve house cocktails too! Think the same energy as our food, just drinkable. Check out our Shop Finder to pull up your local hut's shop page and check the Shop Snapshot to see if it has a full bar or beer and wine only.

At most huts, happy hour is from 3-6 PM (on weekdays), although your local hut may sport an extended timeframe. Check out our Shop Finder to pull up your local hut's shop page for more information or give them a ring.

All of our locations can deliver our ‘toasted’ subs straight to you or you can pickup online orders in-shop! Be sure you've joined the Munchie Mob rewards program (opens in new tab) to earn Coin for your order!

Most of our shops now offer a seriously tasty Gluten Free Bread option. Check out our Shop Finder to pull up your local hut's shop page and check the Shop Snapshot to see if Gluten Free Bread is listed.

Additonally our salads are great gluten free options, just ask to leave off the croutons and check the sauce to ensure it is Gluten Free.

NOTE: All subs are prepped on common surfaces and may come into contact with Gluten.

There are a plethora of Vegetarian options on our menu, denoted with a V symbol next to each.

Looking to make them Vegan? Our wheat bread offered at all shops is vegan. You can make any of our vegetarian subs vegan by taking off the cheese and Cheba Shake and adding a dairy-free sauce!

Our Garlic Herb bread is not vegan but our Wheat bread is vegan.

It's the stuff of legend. A one-of-a-kind parmesan blend that we shake on top of all of our subs. Hello elevated.

Our House dressing is a made-in-shop mix of oil & vinaigrette.

All Cheba Hut subs come toasted unless you request them un-toasted.

Sick of every place having an app? We got you. You don’t have to download ours to get in on Cheba Hut Rewards. Just roll on over to our online ordering platform (opens in new tab). At Cheba Hut, our program’s points are referred to as Coin. When you sign up for rewards, simply link one or more credit cards to your account; then use a linked card in-shop or online, and you’ll automatically earn 10 Coin for $1 spent. Alternatively, if you pay in cash or do not wish to link your credit cards, just open the Cheba Hut app, tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner, and then select ‘Upload Receipts’ to submit a picture and earn.

Here’s how to check your current Coin balance:

1. Open the Cheba Hut app, tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner, and then select ‘Rewards’.
2. Visit https://order.thanx.com/chebahut (opens in new tab), and in the upper right-hand corner of the ordering experience, you will see your current number of available Coin (our program’s points).

NOTE: You’ll earn Coin for direct purchases with us in-shop or through the Cheba Hut website/app up to 2 orders per day. Orders placed through third parties are not eligible to earn Coin.

Absolutely! After placing your order, submit your catering receipt in our mobile app using the Upload Receipts functionality from the drop-down menu icon (☰) in the upper left hand corner.

Link your cards at signup or open the Cheba Hut app, tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner, and then select ‘Saved Cards’. You’ll see a button at the bottom of the screen to “Add a new card”. Sit back and enjoy the rewards!

NOTE: automatic earning is not compatible with Discover Cards or any card use for tap payment via an Apple Wallet due to privacy restrictions.

Usually your Coin should pop into your account almost instantly after you buy. Sometimes, it can take up to three business days for the banks to do their thing. If you scheduled an order for a future date, please give it those three business days after your pickup time before hitting up support.

Heck yeah! We want to hook you up. If you just joined our rewards program and linked an AMEX or MasterCard, we’ll automagically drop Coin into your stash for any buys from the last three days.

Forgot to link a card, or your purchase was a little further back? Don’t sweat it. Pop open the Cheba Hut app, hit the menu icon (☰) in the top left, and tap ‘Upload Receipts’ to fire over a pic. Any receipt from the last 21 days is good to go!

A quick heads-up: You can upload up to two receipts per day through the app, and we can only accept two receipts from the same date for Coin.

Easy peasy. Pop open the Cheba Hut app and hit the menu icon (☰) in the top left. Tap on ‘Rewards,’ then scroll all the way down to the bottom. You’ll see a “See History” button—give that a tap to see the full play-by-play.

Checking where your stash stands is easy. You can see your current Coin balance and available rewards in one of two ways:

1. Open the Cheba Hut app, tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner, and then select ‘Rewards’.
2. Visit https://order.thanx.com/chebahut (opens in new tab), and in the upper right-hand corner of the ordering experience, you will see your current number of available Coin; click on “All rewards” to see your available rewards.

Once you’ve collected a stash of Coin and are ready to reap the rewards, here’s how to redeem them:

In-Store:

1. Open the Cheba Hut app, tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner, and then select ‘Rewards’. Select an available reward and tap the Redeem button; you’ll then see a QR code to scan at the register to redeem your reward.
2. Don’t want to use the app or forgot your phone? No problem! Simply provide our crew member at the register with either the phone number or email address you used to sign up for your rewards account. They will be able to see if you’ve got any rewards available in your stash!

Online:

1. Visit https://order.thanx.com/chebahut (opens in new tab), and ensure you’ve logged into your Rewards account. Add the items you’d like to order to your cart, including the item you’d like to redeem rewards towards. Click on “All Rewards” in the upper left-hand corner to view your available rewards. In the checkout payment step, select the reward you’d like to redeem to have it removed from your check.

NOTE: Within each transaction, you can make one reward redemption.

We’re hooking you up with more time to enjoy your rewards! Your hard-earned Coin now have a whole year before they expire.

Wanna check if any are about to peace out? In the app, hit the menu icon (☰) and tap ‘Rewards’. If any of your Coin are set to expire in the next three months, we’ll give you a heads-up right on that page.

For sure! Just hit up our online catering order platform (opens in new tab) and click Start Group Order after selecting the shop you'd like to order from. It hooks you up with a QR code you can send to invite others to get in on your group order.

For most shops the advanced order time required is normally 24 hours, although some may require a little additional notice. After selecting a shop in our online catering order platform (opens in new tab), it will display the soonest time available to place your order.

In a time crunch? Give your local shop a ring as they can often accommodate shorter lead times and hook you up!

It depends how much hungry we're talking (and how many mouths we're feeding). Each Hot Box contains twenty-four 3" sandwiches.

They sure do! You'll receive a side of pickles, two homegrown sauces and our house dressing with each hot box ordered.

Oh, for sure. Don't sleep on the Munchie Trays—they're packed with an assortment of cookies and krispy bars that'll keep the whole crew happily occupied.

We got you! Our Fat Sacks are the perfect option and include an 8" Pinner, one bag of Plain Lays or Nacho Cheese Doritos and one plain or fruity krispy.

Utensils unite! You can add utensils and napkins to your order by scrolling to the bottom of the catering menu.

Yes! The Mindful Hot Box is a Vegetarian's best friend! Only need to accommodate a few Vegetarian meals? We've got you with our individual Power Plant and Griefo Fat Sacks.

Everyone loves the gift of Hut. Physical gift cards can be purchased at any Cheba Hut shop. Both physical and digital gift cards can be purchased online through the gift cards section of our website (opens in new tab).

Wondering where you stand? Visit our gift card partner's balance checker (opens in new tab) to enter your card details and retrieve the current balance.

Digital gift cards can be delivered either via email or text message to the lucky recipient. Want to hand it off in person? There's also an option to create a printed certificate with the card info.

You bet! You can add a digital gift card to your Apple or Google wallet with just a couple of taps from the gift card delivery message. The wallets update your balance in real-time so you always know your balance.

Digital cards are normally sent to the recipient within a few minutes of purchase. Physical cards purchased online take about a week to be delivered via standard mail.

We've got you coverered. For digital card delivery, there's an option to select the specific date to send the card via email or text.

Nope. The value on your gift card will never expire, though we've got a menu full of reasons to put that balance to work.

Yes, when you enter a gift card as a payment method in an online order, if the card has a remaining balance, it will be stored to your account for future online orders. It's handy. And also dandy.
